Co-lead of the Blueprint Translational Research Group at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. We seek to bring innovative therapies from the laboratory to patients. In the ‘perioperative’ phase of care, we have been funded to investigate post-surgical virtual care, cell therapies to prevent cardiovascular complications, and strategies to minimize opioid use.
