AREA OF RESEARCH
I study the impact of perioperative care models on patient and health system outcomes for intensive care unit (ICU) and complex surgical patients using various epidemiological methods. I focus on real-world clinical problems with the aim to introduce new clinical pathways, healthcare interventions and policies. A central focus of my research is studying the safety and efficacy of new drugs and healthcare devices.
