AREA OF RESEARCH

Braeden has been involved in cardiovascular research for the past four years as an undergraduate student at Queen’s University and research assistant at Kingston Health Sciences Center. His research interests include the prevention of sudden cardiac death, the community response to out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and clinical applications of point-of-care ultrasound, echocardiography and vascular imaging.

MAJOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO SCIENCE AND/OR HEALTH CARE DELIVERY

Braeden has contributed to nine peer-reviewed articles in the fields of clinical cardiology, sports cardiology, and cardiovascular imaging.
