Eliseo Orrantia
Eliseo Orrantia has served the rural and remote Northwestern Ontario community of Marathon and its neighbouring Indigenous communities of Pic Mobert and Biigtigong for over 20 years as a rural generalist. His scope of practice includes primary care, hospitalist, emergency medicine and obstetrics. He teaches all levels of medical learners. Eliseo is an associate professor with the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and has a variety of research interests including rural obstetrics and rural health human resources.
