MAJOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO SCIENCE AND/OR HEALTH CARE DELIVER
described the prevalence and severity of physical and psychological symptoms among kidney transplant recipients using validated patient reported outcome measures (PROMs); validated innovative, precise PROMs among patients with kidney failure; developed and pilot tested an electronic PROM toolkit to inform symptom management among patients with organ failure;
described the association between immigrant and racialized status and psycho-social distress and also actions to pursue live donor kidney transplant among patients with kidney failure; identified mistrust, stigma, certain cultural concepts as potential barriers to accessing live donor kidney transplant for racialized patients.
