1) Helped to train more than 2500 medical students and residents relating to the care of older people with multimorbidity and functional impairment
2) Piloted and initiated the post discharge clinic for General Internal Medicine patients at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre
3) Developed the Geriatric Medicine Trauma Consultation Service and am a steering committee member for the trauma recovery clinic at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre
